First time applicants, sign on to www.healthcare.gov today! If you have a 2017 Marketplace plan, you must also visit healthcare.gov to renew and/or change your plan.

If you are eligible for Medicare, the open enrollment period ends December 7. Need help? The Illinois Department on Aging offers counselors to walk Medicare-eligible folks through their choices. The program is free for Medicare beneficiaries and caregivers.
