We're excited to show you the renovation activities in our Youth Services Department at the Harnish Main Library. There's something new to see every day! From paint to carpet to the disappearance of the visqueen wall, it can be hard to keep up with all the changes.
The new play area is bright and cheery with bold colors and a little tunnel for kids to crawl through to get into the play area. There are new bathrooms located right outside the play area and we've created a new program room so we can expand our storytimes.
We look forward to opening up our new spaces in Youth Services for families. We've tried to make our collection as accessible as possible throughout the construction, but we're here to help when the item you're looking for seems to have moved overnight. We appreciate your patience as we wait for our final furnishings to be installed. Here's a quick look at the progress.
