The library offers License Plate Renewal Stickers 7 days a week at the Harnish Main Library.
- A $7.50 processing fee will be charged per sticker. The amount is added to the sticker cost.
- You will need your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or Illinois Vehicle Registration Renewal Notice, driver’s license, and your license plate number.
- Per the State Of Illinois, renewal cannot be completed without the required emissions testing, if applicable.
- Payment can be made with cash, debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover only), or with Apple, Samsung, or Google Pay
