What are Wi-Fi hotspots?
A Wi-Fi hotspot is a portable device that facilitates Internet access for many devices such as laptops, smartphones, tablets, or a portable gaming device. It is also known as a portable hotspot.
Our 4G hotspots function the same way as a wireless router, providing Internet access in accordance with available networks. They allow up to 10 devices to connect at the same time and will connect any Wi-Fi-enabled device within about 30 feet.
Advantages of Wi-Fi hotspots
Mobile hotspots provide anywhere-Internet access and are great for travelers or anyone who needs to have constant access to the Internet with multiple devices. Even if your smartphone can act as a hotspot, this function may use more data and battery than expected. Mobile hotspots allow you to work for longer periods of time without using up your phone’s battery.
