Computers
The Youth Department has public access computers along the wall in front of the service desk. For convenience, they also connect to a public printer and copier. These computers can be perfect for studying, gaming, or internet browsing.
Take Home Tech
Our STEM Kit Collection is covers all things science, technology, engineering and mathematics, including Magna Tiles, Bugs, and Snap Circuits. Limited to one kit per card at a time.
We also have Playaway Launchpads for checkout, specialized tablets pre-loaded with educational games and activities. They are separated out by age group: 3-5 year olds, 5-7 year olds, and 8-10 year olds. These tablets were intended for children and have no Internet access. Limited to one tablet per card at a time.
Programs
The library has a lot of technology that are only used for programs! Be sure to check our online calendar for the most up to date information on youth technology programs. Whether it's a Minecraft program, 3D printing, robotics, or coding, we've got so many different options for all types of kids. Programs vary month to month.
